Full Version: How to make a fuzzy tv screen

- TUTORIAL ON HOW TO MAKE A FUZZY TV SCREEN

(*)Ok first find a picture of a TV
tv picture

(*)OPEN it up in photoshop, make sure your colour pallet is set to: default
you can do this by pressing "D"

(*)OK now create a new layer
>layer>new>layer or CTRL+SHIFT+N

(*)Fill the screen section of the tv BLACK to do this go to the Reqtangle Marquee tool

- STEP 1 user posted image

(*) Ok now go to Filter>Noise>Add Noise, Follow the instructions bellow.
-STEP 4 user posted image

(*) Now create a new layer, CTRL+SHIFT+N
And repeat STEPS 1-4 again, but this time changing the NOISE AMOUNT to
-STEP 5 user posted image

(*) Now do the previous step three to four times so u have something like this, AND each time changing the NOISE AMOUNT.

(*) once u have done this create a new layer CTRL+SHIFT+N
and add some text.
-STEP 7 user posted image

(*) Now switch to Imageready.
-STEP 8 user posted imageuser posted image

(*) Now go to the animation tools table, and create a new Frame.
-STEP 9 user posted image

(*) Once you have done that align each NOISE Layer with a frame.
so layer1 with frame 1, layer 2 with frame 2, etc.
***_REMEMBER EACH NOISE FRAME_***
-STEP 10 http://img225.echo.cx/my.php?image=happy3if8nh.gif

(*)Now press play
-STEP 11 user posted image


(*) OK finished, shit that took along time, woop woop woop happy.gif
hoped u enjoy my first tut. Go to >File>save Optimized As...>SAVE
it should be a .gif file.

-STEP 12 ur finished product should have looked something like this:
