I recently watched Hitch and thought it was gonna be a boring film, but it was really funny.

Fuck that. I watched it again, and thought it was pure crap.

I cant think of any favourite films off hand as I have watched soo many but I can think of a few I have watched recently in the cinema such as the following:

. King kong (good film ) couldnt resist had 2 download it however I am going to see it in da cinema wih my best friend
. Chronicles of Narnia (LOTR still pwns it)
. Harry potter 4 (nothing special)
. fun with dick and jane (you comedy fans must see personally me being a huge fan of comedy thought it was good)
.just friends (personal preference ; better than fun with dick and jane, it is a little bit less slowgoing.)

and finally im looking forward to seeing zathura a space adventure , i have looked at the traiers as it is from the makers of Jumanji which was a brilliant film so Im guessing this will be good and the list will go on but thats it just for now or I could be typing out stuff all day long.
Saw Jarhead yesterday and I gotta say it was one of the best movies I ever saw.
Just finished watching Green Street. Outstanding film: energetic, moving, violent, inspiring. THIS FILM RULES!!
Add Walk The Line to mine. I LOVED that movie.
I Made Your Mom In GMod
Teh Snigg0r™(don't ask)'s Top 10 Films!

1. The Warriors.
Lots of pace, action, violence, and in some places, humour. Very dark and cool.

2. Bad Boys 2.
Funny, violent, lots of nice destruction effects and stunts. Instant classic.

3. Goldeneye.
Brilliant stunts, destruction and it just has a lovely sheen all over it.

4. Princess Mononoke.
Never seen a full-length anime film before, but this was really something... I can't quite explain.

5. Die Another Day.
It's James Bond, so it's always good.

6. Gone In 60 Seconds.
Although quite old now, it's still one of my faves. One of the things that got me so into cars.

7. Shrek 1/2.
Both films are fantastic pieces of animation. Almost real. Plus Puss-In-Boots from the second one was just... yeah.

8. Good Morning Vietnam.
I'm obsessed with anything to do with Vietnam so naturally, this hit the spot. Really good acting (and it's not often I say that) and storyline.

9. 2F2F.
Although not one of my all time faves, this is a really good for anyone interested in cars.

10. Garfield: The Movie.
Funny all the way through, very well done animated Garfield. I, being a Garfield comic fan, expected this to be...crap frankly. I was proved wrong!
I like movies, espicially good movies happy.gif. My favourites is possibly "Pulp Fiction", however I love the whole Tarantino series. I love hooligan films aswell, mainly "The Football Factory" and "Green Street Hooligans" was alright too, it had more of a storyline. I like too many films to mention, but I love the ones mentioned. Quite frankly, the movies at the cinemas at the moment are, complete horseshit.
LOTR trilidgy
lay3r cake
kingdom of heaven
shriek 1 & 2
8 mile
Don't remember if I have a list but if I do add Blue Streak to it I forgot all about this movie but while strolling along in K-Mart I saw Blue Streak on the shelf and I bought it and watched it again it's a great movie.

Blue Streal

Rating: 9/10

Reveiw: Miles Logan is a jewel thief. Things go awry while he's stealing a huge diamond in downtown L.A.: a thief, Deacon, tries a double-cross, the police arrive, and Miles is arrested, but not before he hides the jewel in an air duct of a building under construction. Two years' later, he's out of prison and he heads for the site: it's L.A.'s new police headquarters! Posing as a reassigned cop, Miles gets into the building, but before he can recover the swag, he's partnered with a naive detective and sent out to investigate burglaries. With Deacon on his trail, he must recover the diamond, keep the cops fooled, and do a few good deeds as a detective who can think like a criminal.

Favourite Quotes:

Miles Logan:Get on the floor!
Tulley:There isn't any room.
Miles Logan: Then put your hands on the Oodles of Noodles.
Tulley: Chicken or beef?
Miles Logan: Chicken.
Anything with adam sandler esp The Longest Yard and MR. Deeds
Ahh... movies.

American History X
... I think Rudeboy summed it up pretty well somewhere back there. This movie doesn't really soften any bit of Neo-nazism up just for the screen, which makes it rather realistic. On top of that, it's got an excellent story so the movie's not just "kill black people! kill black people!!".

Kill Bill vol. i/ii
Both these movies make me weak at the knees. Good story, and I love how the first one is all *kill kill* then the second is more.. story-ness, so there's actually a need for both of them, as most series movies get annoying.

The Notebook
OMG Chickflick!! *burns* Meh... though it IS a chickflick, the story is done really well, which means I can gloss over the whole... chickflick thing. o_O

The Wall
It's a riddle wrapped in an album wrapped in a viciously graphic movie. Watch this movie 10 times and chances are, you still don't get the entire story. I love how the entire thing is just the albums but with video... it helps you figure out the album more, but is still pretty criptic. Its great... even if it is depressing as hell.

Saw i/ii
*gets weak at the knees again*

That's all I can think of now sleep.gif

Kill Bill I/II- Great fucking Tarentino movie. Who cares what the fanboys say?
Sight Unseen- Progressive skate movie, favorite skater, John Cardiel, who was seriously injured a year after and doesn't skate anymore.
Yeah Right!- Girl's best skate video so far. Some great cameos.
Monty Python and the Holy Grail- Straight classic funny. If you don't like this, you should be shot.
Snatch- Sweet damn movie.
Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Barrels- Even sweeter movie by the same director. Involves massive amounts of weed and a heist.
Pink Floyd's The Wall- First movie I ever watched on mushrooms. Not a good idea, but still. A fantastic movie.
Pulp Fiction- Tarentino's best movie ever, IMO.
The End- Great skate/movie movie, crazy fills and such.
Destroying America- Klien and Kirchart fucking shit up on their own, cameo by Eric Estrada of CHIPS fame.
Grass- Informative, funny movie on the prohibiton of marijuana. I sent a copy to my mom. happy.gif
Star Wars 3, 4, and 5- Classics before Lucas fucked it all up.
Airplane!- Funny. Really funny.
Hot Shots Part Duex- Charlie Sheen is funny. End.
Ocean's 11- Sweet Vegas heist. Great writing, and actually, great soundtrack.
Ocean's 12- Even sweeter italian heist movie.
The DC Video- Danny Way breaking two world records. How cool is that?
good movies listed here.

i live any movie with Nicolas Cage. one of my fav. actors.

like con air and gone in 60 seconds (5x beter than fast and the furious)
The Butterfly effect

It is just wierd to think about it in terms of your own life and where you might be now if something different had happened, and your life would be better or worse than it is now.

The Matrix trilogy

It is just an orginal style of film and is well made and brought in a whole new way of filming scenes, also it isn't one of thoughs crappy films where everybody lives happily ever after as the two/three main characters die, it also has good fight scenes and lots of guns.

Donnie Darko

Another Psyc-thriller, it is just strange to think about it in terms of your own life and is everything already planned and stuff like that.

Terminator 2

Terminator 1 was alright as well, but terminator 3 just sucked as i predicted it would, i just like the fact that they have made it so the main characters can take on 100 people and not die, and it is still "realistic", unlike in films like rambo where he would have been dead in the first 5 minutes of the film.
Also there are some good scenes like with the liquid nitrogen truck, racing down the strom drain and at the lab.

Good film with a good story line, quite a few things arn't realistic if they were possible, but over all it is well made.
Saw I/II
Seen both of these films, and I love to watch them over and over again although I know what's going to happen. It's so gory it's amazing, and I guess that's what draws me back. I guess the plot has it's flaws, but it all fits together nicely. The music too is awe inspiring; so much so I downloaded it.

Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children
Downloaded this film off torrents ages ago, but of course, back then it was in Japanese with only English subtitles. When I heard it was being released in April I immediately preordered my copy. This film truly shows off what power CGI images can provide. Plotwise, it lacks, but the animation makes up for that.

It also has Sephiroth.

The Matrix
The first one only though. I loved this one so much; the others made no sense to me and lacked plot, whereas this had awesome action sequences as well as having a plot to it. The training is probably the best bit, but who can forget the bullet stopping from Neo at the end? I, for one, can not. It also has Clubbed to Death by Rob Dougan playing, which is an awesome song. I recommend you download it.

Donnie Darko
If there is any state to watch this film in, it's being stoned. If you thought that this film made no sense when clean, then everything will become clear when high. It all makes so much sense. Donnie reminds me of me a little attitude-wise and that's why I love it. I can assosciate with him so much. And the 'Mad World' sequence at the end - amazing. I have no shame in admitting I wept.

51st State
Gnarkill recommened watching this on TV one night, and I am so glad I did. Absolutely funny as fuck, althought it's not a comedy. Bottles of gore, and some of the crappest acting I have ever seen, all add to one of the best 'rough' films I have seen.

Now, where's Football Factory?
Donnie Darko

It makes you think. My favorite line:

Donnie: Why are you wearing that stupid rabbit suit?
Frank: Why are you wearing that stupid human suit?

The Killer

Crazy action sequences. Plus, the hitman never has to reload apparently.

True Romance

ONE of Tarentino's best and most unseen movies. Almost every line in the whole damn movie are worth remembering.

Drexle: He musta thought it was white boy day. It ain't white boy day, is it?
Bouncer: Naw man it aint white boy day.
Dick: Do you know how much coke you have here?
Clarence: No, how much?
Dick: I don't know, but its a fucking lot!
Clarence: Do I look like a beautiful blond with big tits and an ass that taste like French Vinalla ice cream?
Elliot: What?
Clarence: I said, Do I look like a beautiful blond with big tits and an ass that taste like French Vinalla ice cream?
Elliot: Uh, no.
Clarence: Then why are you tellin me all this bullshit, huh? Do you wanna fuck me?

Jurassic park- One of the first movies i can remember seeing, It's still my favourite movie. It's the perfect adventure movie.
Oh yeah I loved Jurassic Park is well, Is it just me or has CGI got shittier over the years? Look at Terminator 2 from 1991. The T-1000 looked amazing and still if you watch the movie today it looks so much better than the new shit. Terminator 3 had good special effects but the T-X liquid transformation didn't look as realistic at the T-1000 from T2. Also Jurassic Parks special effects were damn near perfect to, Everything in the 1st Jurassic Park looked real, But then Jurassic Park 3 kind of looked fake in many scenes.

I just want to know why, weith technology getting better, Why is CGI getting worse?
I totally agree. The T-rex in Jurassic park lookís so realistic and organic, Especially in the scene where it chases the jeep. The T-rex in the King Kong remake donít look as advanced as Jurassic park, Its noticeable itís CGI which is not good. Thereís a 13 year gap between Jurassic park and King Kong 2005 so the technology defiantly made a huge leap with Jurassic park and Terminator 2.

I think movie studios are becoming over dependant on CGI effects. For the battles in the Star wars prequels itís great, But did they really need to use it for a background to every scene? Pretty much all of King Kong 2005 was CGI, The actors were super imposed over it though.
