I don't think that an 8 person vehicle will exist in the game. Perhaps we can execute some sort of gang caravan, where someone will come and follow you? I suppose you could pick up a Army Flatbed and take care of it.
I also think that the commands to give out will be like what we could do in Perfect Dark with AI control.  |

if you dont have the army flat bed (Barracks OL), use a Bus or (Coach) long story short they have some vehicles that fit more than 8 people but not much and i cannot wait. someone said something about robberies being more fun with 8 guys backing you up is insane.

i hope there will be proper gang wars though, were everyone in two gangs are fighting, like psycho said, 8 including yourself isnt realy a gang war....but i guess a few extra guns, will help in a few missions and bank robberys...

well theres 9 of us but probably 50 of them. note the cuban mission where u had 2 help in a gang war. they had u and about 5 others against a whole army of ppl  |

hah! a gang war is 3 or more people on each side. if you think about it realistically, 8 people is just right. a gang is legally 3 people or more. so, a gang vs a gang in a shootout/war would equal to at least 6. also, even Trojan Voodoo in Vice City didn't give you as much Cubans to do a Gang War to come close to what CJ is allowed to have (8 people!)! Anyone see those gang movies? 8 guns (or 16 duel wielding) is more than enough for one side. And thats for one side. THen the other side might have more because AI plays like that.

u can get more than that in a mini van, or even more just walking, i think it means the most dudes that can follow u and u can control is 8

the gang war thing sounds cool. you will have control of 8 npcs when defending your turf. but think about the other npcs you do not control? if theres a war going on and a rival gang comes into the grove even the ai of the orange grove gang you dont control will kick in because the rival gangs their enemy to. the potential for massive gang wars is incredible.

i think that the part with you can control upto 8 people means the gang members derectly under you control and is completely different to gang wars were i think it will be AI vs AI+CJ and his 8 troops. but i could be wrong it would be so sweet when you the king pin of SAN ANDREAS to be cruising down the road in a black limo with 4 of ur mates and having a black 4X4 or Patriot following behind with the other 4 in i am currently drooling on my keyboard the way ive been thinking of most of the improvements has been to think of Vice City then imagine the things you could do in that if you had the new feature like when you have to defend your property from the mafia comming to claim there slice you could have part of you crew waiting at each building and ambush those greasy bastards(no offence intended to Italians or the mafia)  |
