Okay I did do some search for topic only to find few matching topics to be old as skeletons and locked.
So my whole basic idea is for those who still play GTA: San Andreas, what is your largest winning and where ? Spoiler I have done like 9,999,995x13 winning which is ~ 129999935 $ in game (this was done with highest bet for horse racing) Now what I am after is way way more harder to get. Goal : to play video poker till I see and grap photo of "Royal Flush" Now I am interest that what is your highest winning and you gotta proof it with picture or something so it can be qualified to listing.  |

I haven't played SA for years but I remember gambling big money until I eventually had all the 9's. If I lost money I'd reset my saved game and just keep doing it that way until I obviously couldn't hold any more cash. I remember noting down the winners and trying to figure out if there was a pattern going on that I could take advantage of - there wasn't.

Didn't they make the PS2 GTA's downloadable on PSN?

All I remember about making tons of money was after getting 100%, I bet the max on the least likely to win horse over and over again. Won every third or fourth time and the money just racked up until I got bored.

I never heard that before. The early PS3 consoles had PS2 chips in them, they should work like a PS2. I hope Dupzor can explain this if he really said it. -------------------- The new GTA 5 website. No GTA III series for PS3/XB360, yet. The "classics" GTA 1 and 2 were made available to download on PC.
The 20 gig and 60 gig NTSC models of the Sony PS3 are the absolute best models for backwards compatability with the Sony PS2. The 40 gig model of the Sony PS3 does not support any backwards compatability with the PS2. The 80 gig Sony PS3 supports PS2 games through software emulation. http://www.tech-faq.com/can-you-play-ps2-games-on-ps3.html Back to the topic at hand, I think I may have maxed out my $$$ to all 9's. I did one big winning by exploiting the horse race, but I didn't do it more because I found it boringly easy to get money.

you need to save outside of the four dragons casino. then go in to the 10 million dollar roulette table and bet all 10 mill on one number if it dont work, reload the game and try again, doing this will net you about 141 million if i recall as i have done it before by betting on 0.

I believe the reason for crappy picture from the NTSC PS3 is that the HD tv a lot of people have can't handle the Low definition output of a PS2 game. And, since PAL is already a 'high def' there wouldn't be much of a difference.
