The announcer always reminds me of the guy from "Smash TV", the old coin-operated video game. You were on a ultra-violent game show in the future...very compatible with GTA, actually.

My all time favourite activity was placing a load of oil slicks at a set of lights, then watching the ensuing mayhem unfold, I used to spend hours doing it. Fucking hilarious, wish they'd remained in 3D GTA.
