Ross Allen Sostre has just emailed me a picture he drew recently showing Niko Bellic with Liberty City as a backdrop. It's certainly better than anything I could draw, so well done Ross.

Maybe not small, maybe a lil bit too high from the shoulders. Good job on the shadows and the shading with the graphite pencil is excellent. Another technique you can try is after you lay the graphite down evenly, you can try, either with your finger or a kleenx, smuging and smoothing it out. It takes a lil practice but eventually you get a good medium to show contrast with shadows.  |

maybe the head is a bit small but im not goin to criticize the work. i wish i could draw anywhere near that level of quality.
