You might be aware of the fella dying of a heart attack in London during the protests but have you seen the footage of how it came about?
The Police will no doubt worm their way out of it though like they always do.

The Bizzie who knocked him over would be the same type to say yes to the question;
'Would you fire on your own citizens in case of unrest'.

Cunt.

Why don't you post a link to the footage to make this topic relevant instead of just calling someone a cunt for doing their job and trying to keep the peace with a bunch of people protesting and being assholes; trying to start a fight with the police.

I'd become a police officer just to be a part of a riot squad.
Give me some rubber pellets and a billy club and I'll give some obnoxious protesters more than a heart attack.

If you see the footage of what happened you would see that the victim was totally innocent so the policeman who twatted him is a cunt!

As for posting links and pictures I honestly dont know how to.
I just about figured how to change my avatar.
I'm computer illiterate which is why I just write things.

I'm not a huge fan of the police; but when it comes to handling protesters and mobs of people, they have to do their job to disperse the crowds. The protesters are morons; they stand in the way with their hands up, but keep challenging the police by pushing against them. They're all there with an "anti-establishment" mindset and the power of the mob gets control of their actions; causing them to act like assholes instead of holding a peaceful demonstration.

I'd crack skulls.

Everyone of those protesters needs to go the fuck home and stop polluting the streets.

Reports at the moment are saying he wasn't a protester, just someone trying to get home.
The truth will emerge in due course.

In that case, his death is not cool. A case of wrong place, wrong time.

If anyone should be at fault; it should be the mob of protesters for holding a ruckus in the streets where he was trying to travel home.

^ That's a job I'd take in a heartbeat.

No doubt the cops will get away with it, assuming your government is as corrupt as ours.

'Caught up' in it you say?
This makes it possible that the victim may have also been a passerby who got caught up in it then.

That's ridiculous. That is the most ridiculous thing I've ever read.

Do you know anything about kettling? Met police have been so scared since losing control of the city centre during the Poll Tax riots 19 years ago, they've developed a tactic where they contain protestors inside an oppressively small area for hours (up to 10 this time), letting people in and not letting them out. In this area there was no access to toilet facilities, and stories of highly unsanitary practices have been circulating. Similarly there is a risk posed to diabetics, should they plan on attending a 2 hour protest and are needlessly held against their will, without commiting any offence as defined by common law, for several times as long. This practice is known as kettling, and it's no wonder it leads to aggression.

It means that areas can be so crowded that access for medical attention may be difficult towards the more aggressively contained areas, which Tomlinson may have been walking through when he collapsed. Whether or not this was a factor remains to be seen.

Whether or not this was a factor, this was no death by misadventure. This was an unaggravated assault on an innocent man, which led incontravertably to his death. A policeman abused his position of power and in doing so ended a man's life. There is no recourse to the defence of "following orders". There was to be no confusion.

This death is the result of an overreaching police state, make no mistake. Failure to take a stand now could lead to dire consequences in future.

I think it's rather distasteful for you to insinuate that the man's death was in any way his own fault for not being resilient enough. Whatever you meant by it, it's disrespectful and irrelevant to the point of the topic.

God damn.
I didn't say it was his fault, I was genuinely surprised that getting pushed to the ground later killed him.

Anything can trigger a Heart Attack, but to think that this Assault had no role in his death, which happened minutes afterwards, would be stupidly naive.

It's not even about the death, even if he didn't die, this is still plain and simple, assault on a man with his hands on his pockets and his back facing the police. That coward with his tacticool balaclava smacked him from behind with a baton like a bitch, the guy did not in any way deserve that, and believe me, there were alot of people at those protests that did deserved their share of the beatings, but this guy didn't deserve anything of the sort

What's worse is how long that group of police stood silent about the issue even when the video was shown. Only recently have about 4 people come forward, that alone shows their true colours

I understand police can get heated up in a riot but I don't understand how no matter how you feel you could just attack someone from behind who's walking away from you with his hands in his pockets and no threat whatsoever, you wouldn't even be such a bitch to someone you personally hate

Most of the other police you see wont identify themselves because they know they will be in the shit when the investigation gets underway.

Just my two cents, I'm not saying anything as of what happened due to the media trying to portray everything about it, and we didn't see fully what happened before he got pushed. But on my outlook on the video he didn't look like a man who was trying to go home he just seemed to be standing around.
