For about an hour ago, installed GTA: San Andreas. When i came to the menu, i saw this:

Anyone who know what i can do to fix it??

Intel Celeron 2.66 GHz
Radeon 9250 (128 Mb)
Microsoft Professional

And i have installed DirectX 9.0c

Compared to my so called PC specs, it can`t be you PC`s fault. Most likely a corrupt .txd file. A reinstallation should solve the problem.

Looks like you made that in paint.
Not saying you did...Just saying it look like MS paint.

I'd try reinstalling the game.

Store bought DVD?

Don't go Mission to Mission. Spend time just looking around, behind walls/bushes, on roofs, under bridges. Explore the Car park buildings and anyother building you can enter...
Do the Gang Tags, Photo's, Horseshes as soon as you can.
