Take Two Interactive announced today that the FTC's (Federal Trade Commision) investigation into hidden sexual content has been formally closed.
There were no fines or penalties given at this time for the content in Grand Theft Auto San Andreas however they have been warned that any future violation will result in civil penalties of $11,000 USD. finally, i dont think they are going to put any new sex games in the next gta. but they should look at what is acceptable for the M rating and push it as far is it can go juss to piss off a certian lawyer

It's about time they closed the damn case. It's been about a year if not more, for what, a tiny harmless sex mini-game where you watch two low poly people having sex.

Man, I had almost forgotten about this whole thing. I thought they ended this feud awhile ago.
But damn, $11,000 USD?!?!?! OMG R* would be b4nkrupt3d!!! BE C4R3FUL ROCK*!!! Seriously, 11k is nothing to those people. They should add another hidden sex game in GTA4, that is just a slap on the wrist. --------------------  |
