Well, I don't know much rap from the time. I can only think of one song.
Sir Mix Alot - Baby Got Back Oh, wait, that's from like 95' I think. Anyway, maybe some Shaggy or late Tupac, like maybe California Love. -------------------- ![]() ![]() ![]() The forum's former post whore |

I was about to drop some of the tracks from your list, there couldn't be any rap station 1998 NYC, not playing Canibus and Big Pun, maybe I would add Wu Tang Clan's Triumph from their 97' LP, Canibus's LL Cool Jay diss track, 2nd Round KO, or allstar track from Don Cartagena, Fat-joe feat. Big Pun, Jadakiss, Nas & Raekwon: John Blaze. Maybe some from the first Lox LP.
I had Kool G Rap's Mafioso from The Roots of Evil on my User Tracks Player in SA. |

woulda liked to add triumph, but that was from "Wu-tang forever " , the album was released in 99', you can always go before the time limit, maybe 96' , 97' , but you cant add songs from the future.. all the songs on the list wer 97' and 98'

Put in music that hardly anybody knows of. Just like they did in III. It made it feel so much more like a different world.

Ok, maybe I'am OT, but Wu Tang Forever def came out in the summer of 1997, and it was a very popular rap LP.
And the funny thing is that even people I know they know something about music think GTA3 soundtrack was made-up for the game. This post has been edited by Sun Zu: Aug 23 2005, 01:32 PM |
