Ok, so pretty much it was working on the first install everything went off perfectly i could play and such. And then i reformatted and went to reinstall and it installed good but when i went to play it it would launch and the screen would flicker and such and then it would crash and i would get the vista window "far cry 2 has stopped working.. blah blah blah" i've tried the ubisoft fix by disabliung visual styles but nothing has worked. Halp?

Fixed it.

Heres what i did for anyone who might have the same problem...

Uninstall any existing installations, reboot.
Install the game, reboot.
Play and hopefully it wont be a bad install copy.
