When browsing the Favourite Member League part of the forum, Opera starts to use a alot of cpu power (about 60%, making the forum veery slow), and a couple minutes later a security warning pops up.

It is about a certificate from server image-reflections.com. It has a security problem.

I don't know how serious the security issue is, but I'm happy I use Opera and not IE. IE would not reported a problem like this.

It's strange that this only happens in the FML section.

Sounds like someone's signature is hosted on a server which has been compromised by a virus or something.

Sounds like it, if its when you read a certain thread, can you tell us which thread it is so we can try and narrow it down to who's causing it?

I found the post with the bad signature and reported it. Finding "image-reflections.com" was not hard duh.

I hope it'll be taken care of. smile.gif

Well, are you not taking care of this?
I'm having a problem with this, my PC is lagging because I viewed on of Clutch's posts four minutes ago. It's going to lag until that Opera security warning pops up and I can deny the bad certificate.

This was really an annoying problem to me, I had to find a fix myself. I added image-reflections.com in my HOSTS file.

I can now view pages where Clutch have posted without lagging and security warnings.
I wonder what the heck https://image-reflections.com/xcart/images/...ldArtillery.png is, it never loaded before and will of course not load now when the site is added in my Hosts file.

Did you admins look into this problem? I miss some answers.

All posts by Clutch causes this problem. The link in his signature that causes this is:
https://image-reflections.com/xcart/images/...ldArtillery.png

Strange, i dont seem to get any sort of certificate error when i view it, what browser are you using? And are you running anything like norton interent security or the like?

Also, is the certirficate error being shown as part of the browser or is some other app warning you?

I'm using Opera and Norton Internet Security. But Norton has nothing to do with the warning popup, it is Opera that warns about a bad certificate.

I don't know if the latest IE version and Firefox has something like this, but Opera has some kind of certificate control/security.
