Ok, so. Recently I typed wrong birthday on GTA IV site, and now I can't enter it. I tried everything. Deleted cookies from both IE and Firefox, reinstalled both, used CCleaner to delete history with that, etc etc. and it still says "Sorry you may not view this site".
Then I tough about it, and I remembered once when I couldn't see a new GTA IV trailer on GTA IV site. So when the site updated, it didn't for me. So I made a topic on the forums about how I can't see it. Then there were lots of comments "It works for me" blah blah. Then someone told me that I need to press some button so it updates or something.

So what do I press, I forgot...

Sounds to me like you should update/reinstall Adobe Flash player. Also check to see if you have Javascript turned on.

Yes that! Thank you!
But it doesn't work off course.
It works, I can clear my cache, but still nothing.

It might remember your IP, but i doubt it would.. did CCleaner delete the temp internet files from TEMP & %TEMP% ?

You can check by going Start>Run>"%TEMP%" hit enter and delete anything in that folder
