Well, I got my hands on Episodes from Liberty City this morning. I haven't started playing it yet, but i did post the new songs on the forum. More about some of the songs in a minute.
Firstly, the(hopefully)good news for Aussies. The rating for EFLC is MA15+ and the game contains:
- Strong Violence
- Sex Scenes
- Drug Use
- Coarse Language
Yabba Dabba Doo! My fear that the disc version would have TLAD's wang scene removed in Oz seems not to have come to anything. Of course, this means R* could have submitted GTAIV uncensored to the Australian ratings board, and it would have passed. I want my viewable pro banging and bloody shirts back, thank you very much.
Anyways, my time with EFLC almost got off to a very rocky start. The chick at JB put a GTAIV disc in the case. Lucky for me i noticed at the counter. I didn't complain too much, mainly because GTAIV is worth more than EFLC, but also because she had a passing resembalance to Sasha Grey, and i didn't want her to have to hurry bending over to look for the proper disc. eyyyyy!!!
The first thing i did was check the manual to find out what songs are on Vice City FM. John Farnham. Awesome! Hall & Oates. Cool. Roxette. Not bad. Terence Trent D'Arby. Oh heck no!
Yeah, so VC FM didn't go down that well at first, but i'm thinking some of the no name 80's artists will fit in with GTAIV's less mainstream music vibe (Well, apart from Liberty Rock and The Beat). The new disco tunes on K109 look pretty awesome, too.
Oh yeah, in my excited mood, i bought Slayer's "World Painted Blood" for some reason. I'm terrified to listen to it.
